Brief
Define the market, categories, target quantities, price direction and any branding or packaging needs.
Manufacturing & sourcing
A coordinated process
We do not treat sourcing as a hand-off. VETLORY stays involved in the details that determine whether a product arrives as expected: the specification, the sample, the packaging, the artwork and the approval record.
Our role is to connect the commercial brief with the manufacturing reality, so decisions are made with the right information and the next step is clear.
The process
Every project has its own variables, but the sequence stays consistent. That makes it easier to compare options, approve details and keep repeat orders aligned.
Define the market, categories, target quantities, price direction and any branding or packaging needs.
Review relevant products and identify what can be used as standard or adapted for the project.
Confirm materials, dimensions, colours, hardware and packaging against a physical sample.
Lock the specification, artwork and commercial details before production begins.
Coordinate production, packaging checks and pre-shipment review against the approved reference.
What we coordinate
Sourcing works best when the commercial and technical conversations happen together. We keep both visible.
Dimensions, materials, construction, finishes and performance expectations.
Labels, artwork, colour direction and brand presentation for private label.
Pack format, carton configuration, barcodes and retail-ready presentation.
Packing details and documentation coordinated around the agreed delivery route.
OEM & ODM
Private label is the fastest route when an existing product already fits. ODM allows a developed design to be adapted through colour, material, size, hardware or packaging. OEM is appropriate when the product needs to be built to a more specific brief.
The right model depends on how much differentiation you need, how much development cost you can absorb and how quickly you need to launch.
